GreenCap is delighted to have acted as exclusive financial advisor to Münch Energie on the sale of an 80% stake in an operational co-located solar PV and battery energy storage system (BESS) project to global investment manager Capital Dynamics. The asset, located in Germany, includes 34 MWp of solar PV capacity and a 35MWh storage system. The sale represents a landmark transaction involving a solar project under Germany’s innovation tender scheme (“Innovationsausschreibung”) in the evolving storage-integrated renewables space.
